The GRIT PROGRAM

Join our COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS CLASS integrating weightlifting, mobility exercises, and low-impact, high-intensity cardio. Led by experienced instructors, this class focuses on building strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular health in a balanced and effective manner. Suitable for all fitness levels, it offers a structured and functional approach to help you achieve your fitness objectives.
LOWER BODY FOCUS, mainly dedicated to improving lower body strength, increasing mobility in the lower extremities, and stabilizing the posterior chain. Every Monday class ends with a metabolic conditioning phase to spike your heart rate and create hypertrophy in the muscles that have been targeted.
UPPER BODY FOCUS, mainly dedicated to improving upper body strength, increase articulation in the shoulders, and sculpting your core and arms. Every Tuesday class ends with a metabolic conditioning phase that will improve your cardiovascular endurance while promoting muscular endurance in the targeted areas.
This is an ACTIVE RECOVERY DAY. Using all low impact machines (i.e. rowers, ski ergs, echo bikes, C2 bikes, etc.), this class aims to release that lactate that has gathered over the previous two days.
There is no barbell or dumbell work in this class.
The focus is to regain pliability and increase VO2 max while preparing your body for the remainder of the week.
Thursday is a FULL BODY EXPERIENCE. The warm up and auxiliary movements are designed to prep you for the workout. Thursday is the closest we get to a CrossFit Wod. However, there is no high skilled movements and the weight selection is always based on your ability level and 1 RM status.
“AERO PUMP.” We round out the week with a day of beauty muscles and cardio. The goal of the Grit Program is total body optimization. Friday is a class that centers around isolating the biceps and triceps while working up a sweat. This class leaves you going into the weekend feeling accomplished and rounds out a full week of activity.
